Product Substitutions
If the item you chose is unavailable or does not meet our standards, an item of equal or greater value may be substituted. Chocolate in our gifts may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, when the weather gets warmer. These substitutions are done to ensure the timely arrival and freshness of your gifts as well as the integrity of the presentation. Also, SEASONAL ITEMS suchs as cups and tins vary in styles.
